About Us

Eriko Imaizumi
CEO

Eriko is Founder and CEO of Waterview Consulting Group, Inc.   She is a certified Founding Coach as a member of first class of trained coaches by IIB. She is also a Fellow of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB), the largest consulting organization in the world in the UK.  She established a cross-border consulting firm Izumi Business Solutions LLC in 2004 where she has been helping Japanese companies develop business in the US.  Eriko has also advised Japanese government agencies METI (Ministry of Economy and Trade) and the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN (SMRJ) on the Japanese angel investment taxation in Japan. 

 

Eriko has created a solid base of clientele in the US, Hong Kong and Japan, from middle management to C-suite level as an executive coach, then as a lecturer of various employee training modules. Her powerful coaching methodology, diverse and practical business experiences and strong belief in limitless possibilities of all people helped her clients build confidence, look outside their box and move forward with fresh and focused plans.  Her areas of coaching expertise are leadership development, company vision and mission development and transition management.  

Prior to engaging in the consulting and coaching business, Eriko was employed by a Wall Street firm Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Securities Corporation in New York City for over a decade where she held a Vice President position in International Institutional Equity Sales. 

She was born and raised in Tokyo, Japan, graduated from Dokkyo University as B.A. in English linguistic major.  She moved to US almost 30 years ago, and also lived in London for 3 years and earned her Masters Degree in Science in Management at London Business School.

Kyoko Kusama
Executive Coach, Facilicator

Kyoko Kusama is a bi-lingual (Japanese and English) executive coach, facilitator and trainer with leadership experience in global financial services. She has held managerial positions in sales, customer service, product management and

business administration. She lead a corporate-wide culture transformation initiative for a major U.S. bank as the Program Director for Japan – a pivotal experience which ignited her passion for helping leaders and organization grow

towards realizing their unlimited potential.

 

As an executive coach and facilitator/trainer, Kyoko has worked with global corporations delivering leadership development programs for middle & senior managers. Her management experience in a large matrix organization enables her to relate to the issues and challenges faced by her clients at their own level, and to help expand their perspectives while guiding them through a process of self-discovery, making conscious choices and taking actions.

She is also an active member of a non-profit organization providing career coaching to women to support their career development.

Carl Gould
Executive Coach

CEO of SMT Mentors LLC, 7 Stage Turnaround.com,  business coach, facilitator, trainer, consultant.  Carl works as a consultant for IIB (Institute for Independent Business) and in charge of global training for coach training for over 20 years.  In addition, Carl advised over 5000 small to medium size companies, and involved in coaching and mentoring many executives.  As a renowned Keynote speaker, he appeared on many trade shows and TV programs on News 12 NJ, CBS WINK-TV.  His articles have been printed on Newark Star Ledger, The Wall Street Journal, Cape Business and Performance Magazine .  He is certified coach from IIB, and retains Result Coach Certification, NLP Master Certification and DISC Practitioner Certification. 

Laura Crothers Osborn

Laura Crothers Osborn is a leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience coaching and supporting senior and mid-level leaders as they determine the best ways to attract, integrate, engage and retain their human capital talent. As a facilitator and executive coach, Laura’s passion is to help leaders achieve clarity. Her candid, down-to-earth approach allows her to connect quickly and deeply with people.

 

Through her years in Human Resource leadership roles in organizations such as McGraw Hill, Merrill Lynch, CIT, ADP and Shearson Lehman Brothers she lead and/or facilitated many initiatives focused on change management, integration, due diligence, mentoring, leadership training and coaching, as well as compensation design, planning and administration.   

Laura has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and a minor in Mathematics from Susquehanna University. She is certified in The Leadership Circle® Profile, The Leadership Circle® Culture Survey, PDI Profiler®, and DiSC ®, and also completed the SPHR certification.

Steve Fowler

Business Development

Steve is a successful business advisor and a proven sales and marketing leader.  He brings the vast experience he gained while working as an executive in companies ranging in size from Fortune 50 sized firms all the way to startups in different industries such as Cosmetics, Retail, Medical, Technology, Advertising and Oil and Gas.  Steve has over 40 years of experience in marketing, customer care, business development, crisis turn-around, executive management, sales management; fund raising; human resources and financial management.   Steve’s experiences include international and domestic companies from a wide range of industries.  Steve has had executive roles in notable industry leaders such as BellSouth, Dresser Industries, Los Angeles Cellular and Texas Instruments.  He was privileged to become part of the wireless industry in its infancy and to be a part of the overwhelming success that the industry achieved. 

Fowler has both a Bachelors of Business and a Masters of Business degree from the University of Houston and he is accredited by the largest independent consulting organization in the world, The Institute for Independent Businesses.

Noriko Sato
Executive Coach

Ms. Noriko Sato has over 20 years of experience with Human Resource Development and is bilingual. In the past 10 years, over 5,000 participants from more than 50 corporations attended her training programs, among which most of them were leadership programs.  She attended train-the-trainer in New York and Singapore and conducted leadership programs for more than 500 senior managers in the finance industry and the pharmaceutical industry.  She helped leaders to act upon the results of 360 feedback.  Also assisted them to enhance their skills to offer constructive feedback to their employees. Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) by CTI, Certified in PDI 360 profiler feedback, Certified leadership trainer by 3 global corporations, Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC) by CRR.
