Discuss the objective of developing e-learning format training.

Decide overall structure, length, degree of interactivity and development of video and animation contents.
2. Drafting phase

Create the storyline of the e-learning training on PowerPoint.

Ask customer to review the draft. Add any changes to finalize the draft.
3. Production phase

Produce e-learning course using an authoring program. Design each slide with images, narratives, back ground music, videos, etc. Insert interactive functions to organize the whole course and create test pages.

Customer has 2 opportunities to review during the production phase.
4. Types of Delivery

Delivery by a link. Employees can print out their certificate of completion as they successfully completed the program.

Delivery by uploading to LMS (Learning Management System) that allows managers can track and manage employees’ participation progress.
